Garcia, Maria M. Saginaw, Michigan It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Maria (Maggie) Magdelina Ramirez Garcia announce her unexpected passing at the age of 63 due to Covid-19 on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at Covenant Cooper. Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister will be greatly missed by many. Maria was born May 4, 1957 in Saginaw, Michigan to the late Juanita Medina Ramirez. She married the love of her life, Albert T. Garcia Jr., on July 19, 1975 who she leaves behind to cherish her memory. Besides her adoring husband, Maria also leaves behind four children: Jesus Garcia, Maggie (Mario) Saenz, Juanita (John) Gonzales and Ramiro Garcia; four stepchildren: Josephine (Billy) Young, Lupe Garcia, Albert Garcia III and Raymond (Melissa) Garcia; 28 grandchildren: Jesus Coronado, Albert, Mariah, Aliyah, Daniel and Sierra Garcia, Jose Juan (Yasmene) Espinosa III, Aurora Garcia, Mario Jr., Carlos, Domingo and Maria Saenz, Noah and Brianna Delgado, Pedro, Mariah and Shania Gonzales, Isaiah Munoz, Ramiro Jr., Issac, Celestino, and Marciano Garcia, Vanessa Estrada, Kayla Young, Raymond, Jacob, Breyana and Jazmin Garcia; 14 great-grandchildren; one sister, Celia Trevino; four brothers: Roberto Ramirez, Juan Antonio (Berta) Ramirez, Erasmo (Margaret) Ramirez, a very special brother, Jesse (Gina) Medina; and many special nieces and nephews who she loved dearly. Maria was preceded in death by her mother Juanita Medina Ramirez; two sisters: Aurora Ovalle and Juanita Guerra; two brothers: Carlos and Joseph Ramirez; and her grandson, Richard "Dennis" Fowler Jr. Maria was well known in the community for all of the beautiful cakes she made over the past 25 years. She was a beautiful women with a heart of gold. A one in a million woman. She was an original. Maria loved to dance, cook and spend time with her grandkids and family. Most of all, she loved to be with her husband. Maria was fancy and loved to dress to impress. Her style was uniquely hers and always beautiful. Maria was the life of the party. She was like a celebrity in her hometown. She was loved by everyone that knew her and she loved them as well. Maria loved the holidays, decorating her house and having family get togethers. She will be deeply missed by everyone; especially her husband. FUNERAL SERVICE: A Funeral Service will take place at 12:00 p.m. at New Beginnings Ministry Outreach, 701 Hess Ave. Saginaw, Michigan 48601. Pastor Augustine Delgado will officiate. Committal to follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
