I am making freezer meals. Can I mix the marinade and pork and freeze it and cook when I need to?

I'm sure it would work. This is so easy, just put your roast in the slow cooker and pour the marinade over top.

I cannot find that Stubbs Citrus Marinade. Any suggested substitutions?

Momma Cyd says:
They sell it at Walmart and on Amazon. You could also use Sweet Baby Ray's Citrus Chipotle BBQ sauce. It's a close 2nd.

Momma Cyd says:
Yes, you could totally make it with chicken or roast beef. Cooking times will change with other meats.
