I love MY THEORY OF BIRD, print I got. It is large, just what I needed for my stairwell.
The only slight negative is the hook they provided to hangs the picture doesn’t grab onto the picture well enough, at the lightest touch it will fall.
I purchased a different bracket to hang the picture.

Absolutely beautiful. Got a 40”x40” as the focal piece of the bedroom, hanging above my bed. It’s stunning. Was hesitant about purchasing as large art can often look pixilated and cheap, but this looks incredible and I’m so happy I gave it a chance. No buyers remorse at all, which is saying something because im super picky. I’m obsessed with the piece and the quality. I love the artist bio and “about the art section” as well… makes the art selection that much more meaningful. I would definitely order another print for my home in the future.

I was super skeptical of how this would look at first given you have to put it together yourself but it was super easy (took less than 10 minutes all in) and had absolutely zero issues with wrinkles or mounting. Is there assembly required?
Yes, there is some assembly required but the process is very quick. The frames come together with the provided allen key and print can be inserted in just seconds. Assembly instructions are included in the package and you can view instructional videos HERE.

Orders ship within 10-15 business days. Shipping times vary based on location. The print and frame may arrive separately in two different packages.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for the full cost of your items. Please note that the shipping and handling fees from your initial purchase are non-refundable. If you are returning from the United States you will be provided with a prepaid shipping label to return your order to us, free of charge.
To initiate a return, please enter your email address and order number associated with your purchase in our return portal.
When returning an item, it’s the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the items are packed properly and protected during shipping. If any of the items are damaged while it’s returned to us we will assess the damage and will give a reduced refund. Can I print my own images?
Yes, you can purchase custom prints HERE. You can either upload a single image or create a custom photo collage with the templates supplied.
How do I hang my frame?
Your order will include hanging hardware specific to the frame selected along with screws and wall anchors. Command strips and other adhesive strips will work if weight restrictions are observed. BIG Wall Décor is not responsible for frames damaged due to incorrect hanging hardware.
Does all of the artwork light up?
All of our artwork is able to be printed for a lit option, however, only our lightboxes illuminate the artwork from behind using LED technology. The lightbox option is selectable for each artwork under the “Product” drop down menu.
