@TMobileHelp It’s time for integrated systems for all of my platforms. The plans are not flexible enough. The service are interrupted consistently. Accessing the account is too difficult. No one speaks English. The wait times are extremely too long. Very dissatisfied.

After a full 24-hrs of troubleshooting tech support via Twitter, @TMobileHelp -through 5 courteous and responsive technicians -cannot resolve my issue. With a client list to include Essence magazine, I simply can not be unreachable. Pls text or call via IG, as I go to the store!

It’s especially concerning because the Sprint LTE network (which I rely on at work now) is scheduled to go offline at the end of this month, and T-Mobile 3G supposedly dies in July.

@TMobileHelp Hi. Just went into a store to upgrade my phone only to be shocked to discover that during my last upgrade I was put on a lease program. Now I'm stuck with my phone for another 10 months unless I buy out my lease. I never lease. I'm not happy about this development.
